RYSE Wellness is a residential mental health treatment provider. After receiving an opt-out request, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional text messages from that messaging program unless you subsequently provide consent to re-enroll.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide mobile information to service providers that support our text-messaging and communications systems solely as necessary to deliver messages, maintain our systems, provide customer support, prevent fraud, or comply with legal requirements. These providers are not permitted to use mobile information or SMS consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

The foregoing restrictions apply regardless of any other provision in this Privacy Policy describing the disclosure of personal information. 

SMS Security and Emergencies

Standard SMS and MMS messages may not be encrypted and may be viewed by anyone with access to your device or mobile account. Please avoid sending highly sensitive medical, financial, or identification information by text message.

Text messaging is not intended for emergencies, crisis intervention, or urgent clinical needs. Do not rely on text messaging when immediate assistance is required. In an emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency assistance.

Mobile carriers and telecommunications providers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
